Fillet of West Coast turbot with lobster mousse，中文为西海岸多宝鱼柳与龙虾慕斯。
Roasted loin of Balmoral venison in a Madeira and truffle sauce，松露与马德拉红酱汁淋上香烤巴尔默勒尔鹿肉，附带炖煮红包心菜（Braised red cabbage ），小锅土豆（Cocotte potatoes）以及芹菜黄油南瓜塔（Timbale of celeriac and butternut squash）。

President of China Xi Jinping’s state banquet: Menu
President Xi also be staying the night at the palace in the Belgian Suite – the traditional billet for visiting heads of state.
The Duchess of Cambridge is expected to attend the dinner as her first state banquet at Buckingham Palace.
Female members of the Royal Family dress in evening gowns for state banquets and wear tiaras often loaned to them by the Queen.
It will only be the third time the Duchess, who has been a HRH for four and a half years, has been seen in a tiara.
She wore the Cartier Halo Tiara for her wedding in 2011 and later was pictured in the Papyrus Tiara – also known as the Lotus Flower Tiara – which belonged to Princess Margaret at the Queen’s annual diplomatic reception at the Palace in 2013.
The Duchess may opt for either of these again – or could choose the Spencer Tiara – the family heirloom William’s mother Diana, Princess of Wales, wore at her wedding to the Prince of Wales, and many times after.
Another of Diana’s favourites was the Cambridge Lover’s Knot Tiara which was given to the Princess by the Queen as a wedding gift in 1981.
There is speculation the Queen may now have presented Kate with the Elizabeth II Family Order – a jewel encased image of the Queen on a chartreuse yellow ribbon which royal women wear pinned to their left shoulder.
The Duchess of Cornwall, the Princess Royal and the Countess of Wessex have all been given the personal order.
Diana, Princess of Wales received it early in her marriage. But Princess Michael of Kent does not have one and Sarah, Duchess of York, was never given one either when she was a HRH.
It will also be the Duke of Cambridge’s first Palace banquet, despite William turning 33 this year.
The Duchess’s widely anticipated inaugural banquet in the UK comes six months after the birth of her second child Princess Charlotte.
However Prince Charles will miss the state banquet.
Clarence House has refused to give an official reason for his absence but pointed to his “significant involvement” during President Xi’s four-day state visit.
Guests including the Prime Minister David Cameron, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and other politicians and dignitaries will dine around a horseshoe shaped table, extravagantly decorated with large floral displays and priceless dinner sets, beneath the palace ballroom’s six impressive chandeliers.
The dress code, which is outlined on the invitations, is “Evening Dress (White Tie), Decorations, Full Ceremonial Evening Dress for Serving Officers, or National Dress”.
It is intended as guidance, so guests are aware of what others will be wearing, and on occasion, some have worn black-tie instead.
Guests are traditionally received before the banquet by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, shaking their hands and exchanging a few words of greeting.
Following the visiting leader’s speech, the National Anthem is played by the orchestra and guests stand, but do not sing.
